I’m a yoga instructor and practitioner who believes in helping clients cultivate a life long yoga practice. We can create this practice through meditation, mindful movement, pranayama, and thoughtful asana.
Hi I’m Ariana! I’ve been practicing yoga since 2012. In 2024 I obtained my 200 hour RYT certificate through Kula Yoga Project based in New York City. I am a firm believer in facilitating movement through the body to promote overall well being, including physical and mental health.
My purpose in yoga is assist clients in cultivating a yoga practice suited for their life. I’m available for group classes as well and one on one private instruction.
